The primary purpose of this website is for my family to share stories from our Clan Cameron family history. My contributions are the result of many years of research to verify our Family Tree.  As a result I have made many discoveries about where we really come from, and rewritten part of our Family Tree as well.

We are distantly related to the Lochiel family tree (16th century). We are directly descended from the Camerons of Ferintosh in the Black Isles of Scotland.  We are cousins to the John and Duncan Cameron families of post-Revolutionary War Virginia and North Carolina (Stagville Plantation). Our family has spread throughout Scotland and the United States. We welcome any distant cousins to reach out and share stories with us! Please send us a message!

This is not a site for current family history and we will endeavor to not include stories or private information of currently living family members, with some exceptions. We should all encourage my mother to write about meeting the 26th Lochiel of Clan Cameron, Sir Donald Hamish Cameron!

This site just launched in May 2017 and will be under construction for some time. Check back for more features and information!
